OKie – so let’s get into this week’s white label workout …

As we’re still in spooky season, I’m again giving you both options … Halloween theme videos, and standard  for those who prefer to not use Halloween.

The Workout is:

Pumpkin Press Pyramid … or PUSH Pyramid

There are 5 moves:

Start with 5 reps in each move … then go to 10 reps … then to 15.  Optional to go to 20!  Then make your way back down the pyramid.  

The moves are:

  • Squat press
  • Triceps extension 
  • Decline Chest press 
  • Arnold press 
  • Ground to stand
