  • March: Spring Clean Challenge + Slide into Spring (Pilates-inspired core and balance).

Q2: Strengthen and Energize

  • April: Power Prep Challenge + Power Up Program (Explosive strength with kettlebells).
  • May: Barre Basics Challenge + Barre Strong Program (Light dumbbells + bodyweight).
  • June: Asymmetric Prep Challenge + Side 2 Side Program (Balance-focused strength).
