Sliders force slow, controlled movement, increasing time under tension while engaging not just the abs, but the entire stabilizing system … including shoulders, hips, and deep intrinsic core muscles.

6 moves. 6 reps each. Repeat 3-6 times for an intense core session.

The Moves:
- Twisting Sliding Climbers – Alternating knee drives with a twist, keeping tension in the core.
- Sliding Side Plank Crunch – Engage obliques as you slide the knee in toward your elbow.
- Sliding Sit-Ups – A challenging variation of the classic sit-up, pulling in & controlling the slide down.
- Slider Rockers – Core stability at its finest … small forward and backward rocking in a forearm plank.
- Twisted Sliding Bicycle – A next-level version of the bicycle crunch, keeping continuous tension.
- Slider Knee Tucks – A dynamic movement that fires up the entire upper body & core.
Instructions:
- Complete all 6 moves for 6 reps each.
- Repeat 3-6 times based on time and fitness level.
- No equipment? No problem! Towels, socks, or paper/plastic plates work great.
