  • Focus: Functional movement and heart-pumping cardio.
  • The Challenge:  (Feb 10-16)
  • Workout Program: PUMPED-UP!  (Feb 17-Mar16)
  • Program Details:  Minimal equipment; functional strength and cardio intervals.

 

March: Slide into Spring

  • Monthly Theme: Building a stronger base & core as we get ready for spring.
  • Focus: Core strength, balance, and stability.
  • Challenge: Spring Clean Week (Mar 10-16)
  • Workout Program:   Slide into Spring (Mar 17-Apr13)
  • Program Details:  Pilates-inspired workouts; bodyweight & sliders

April: Flower Power

  • Monthly Theme: Growing our strength with explosive power.
  • Focus: Power training and explosive movements.
  • Challenge: Power Prep  (Apr 14-20)
  • Workout Program:  Power up   (Apr 21-Mar18)
  • Program Details:  Kettlebells or dumbbells; plyometric circuits and power-building strength.

 

May: Barre Strong

  • Monthly Theme: Sculpt, tone, and balance with barre-inspired moves.
  • Focus: Strength, stability, and toning.
  • Challenge: Barre Basics / graceful strength (May 12-18)
  • Workout Program:   Barre Strong  (May 19-Jun 25)
  • Program Details:  Light dumbbells or bodyweight; barre-inspired sculpting movements.

 

June: Summer Sweat

  • Monthly Theme: Asymmetry, sweat, and strength.
  • Focus: Asymmetric training for balance and core strength.
  • Challenge: Asymmetric Prep (Jun 9-15)
  • Workout Program:  Side 2 Side  (Jun 16-Jul 13)
  • Program Details:  Single dumbbell or unilateral work; balance-focused strength and cardio.

July: Mid-Year Balance

  • Monthly Theme: Celebrate the halfway point with balance and control.
  • Focus: Stability, balance, and endurance.
  • Challenge: Balance Prep  (Jul 14-20)
  • Workout Program:  ½ & ½  (Ju 21-Aug 17)
  • Program Details:  BOSU/half-ball; stability and balance exercises with endurance circuits.

August: Primal Flow

  • Monthly Theme: Harnessing primal energy for strength and agility.  Nature-Inspired.
  • Focus: Functional and primal movement patterns.
  • Challenge:  Primal Prep   (Aug 11-17)
  • Workout Program:  Primal Flow (Aug 18-Sep 14)
  • Program Details :  Bodyweight and primal flows; agility, mobility, and core.

 

September: Back to Basics

  • Monthly Theme: Simplify and strengthen.
  • Focus: Foundational movements and consistency.
  • Challenge: The Reboot  (Sep 8-14)
  • Workout Program: Back to Basics  (Sep 15-Oct 12)
  • Program Details:  Dumbbells and resistance bands; classic strength-building routines.

October: Kick & Punch

  • Theme:We’re kicking & punching … Unleashing our power and energy.
  • Focus: Kickboxing-inspired strength and cardio.
  • Challenge:  Knockout Prep (Oct 13-19)
  • Workout Program:   FIGHT MODE = ON! (Oct 20-Nov 16)
  • Program Details:  Bodyweight and light dumbbells; kickboxing drills.

 

November: Endurance Engine

  • Theme: Push through to the finish line.
  • Focus: High-rep endurance training for strength and stamina.
  • Challenge:  Endurance Week (Nov 10-16)
  • Workout Program: Endurance Engine (Nov 17-Dec 14)
  • Program Details:  Light to moderate dumbbells or bands; High-rep, endurance-focused circuits.

 

December: Festive Fitness

  • Theme: Celebrate, reflect, regenerate
  • Focus: Fusion of strength, flexibility, and pure fun!!  
  • Challenge:  Holiday Hustle (Dec 8-14)
  • Workout Program: 3 week ROCK!  (Dec 15-Jan 4)  * 3 weeks
  • Program Details:  bands, bells, slides; festive-themed party circuits.
