First off, let’s break down EMOM for those who might not be familiar. EMOM stands for “Every Minute On the Minute.” It’s a super effective training protocol where you perform a set number of reps for a given exercise at the start of every minute, then rest for the remainder of that minute. When the next minute starts, you start the next set.
Simple, right? 😉
This method is AMAZING because it keeps your clients moving, pushes their endurance, and turns any workout into a fun, competitive challenge. Plus, it’s perfect for all fitness levels since everyone can go at their own pace! 🏃♂️🏃♀️

🌪 The Challenge: How many rounds can your clients crush? 5 rounds? 10 rounds? 20 rounds? Each minute, they’ll start again with 6 squats, 6 push-ups, and 6 sit-ups. It’s a test of endurance, strength, and sheer willpower! 💥
