The Workout:
Complete 8 reps of each move for 8 total rounds:

  • 8 Dumbbell Press Jacks
  • 8 Lunge Curls with a Twist (4 each side for beginners … 8 each side advanced)
  • 8 Plank Dumbbell Taps (4 each hand for beginners … 8 each hand advanced)
