- Combo Move – striking sequences to build rhythm & coordination
- Strength Move – power through the big muscle groups
- Speed & Rotation Move – agility & core control
- Intensified Combo – back to the 1st combo, higher intensity
We run through 2 rounds of this sequence 2 times through. Enough for a quick, high-energy workout that your crew will love.
