Required Equipment: Weights are optional for this set … but you will need a resistance loop band.
Description: 4 rounds of Tabata – all focused on functional movements using the lower body! Quads, hamstrings, glues. We’re working big muscles today!

FUNCTIONAL UPPER TABATA:
Workout Length: 30 minutes
Required Equipment: Medium & heavy weights
Description: 4 rounds of Tabata – all upper focused. We’re sculpting the shoulders, biceps, back, triceps and chest muscles. Working on strength building to help everyday life.

CORE TABATA:
Workout Length: 20 minutes
Required Equipment: yoga mat or soft surface
Through 3 Tabata rounds, we’re working the front to the back, all around the core. Let’s get centered together by strengthening our core.

FUNCTIONAL TABATA:
Workout Length: 30 minutes
Required Equipment: Light, medium & heavy weights
Description: All we need is 4 moves for this EPIC total Body, functional workout. We’re working all 7 functional movement skills – blasting the heart rate & scorching calories!

STRETCH & STRENGTH:
Workout Length: 20 minutes
Required Equipment: Yoga mat or soft surface
It’s our ACTIVE RECOVERY day – but don’t think you’re not going to work! We’re combining together stretching AND strengthening through 3 Tabata sets. Just one last push to finish the week strong!
