Workout Length: 30 minutes
Required Equipment: Dumbbells
Description: Upper-body power meets fighter flow. Each block starts with a dumbbell strength move, then fires into an upper-body combo. Presses, rows, curls, and punches light up your shoulders, arms, and core. You’ll build strength under fatigue, then test it with punch sequences that feel sharp and strong.

Workout Length: 30 minutes
Required Equipment: Dumbbells
Description: A fighter’s stance is built from the ground up. This lower-body workout pairs heavy-hitting lifts with kick and knee combos for strength that translates into fight power. Squats, lunges, deadlifts, and bridges build your base, while roundhouse kicks, side kicks, and knees torch your glutes and legs.

Workout Length: 20 minutes
Required Equipment: Yoga mat or soft surface
Description: Every fighter needs defense. This mobility and recovery session restores your body while sharpening balance and control. You’ll move through stretches, hip and shoulder openers, controlled kicks, and plank work that trains core stability. Protect your body, reset your energy, and get ready for the final round.

Workout Length: 40 minutes
Required Equipment: None
Description: The main event. This high-energy finisher combines advanced combos with knockout spikes of power and agility. Punches, knees, kicks, elbows, slips, and rolls come together in fight rounds that feel like a championship bout. The final freestyle round pushes you to leave it all in the ring.
