Description: Time to turn up the heat! This lower-body sculpt session hones in on glutes, thighs, and hips with high-rep, low-impact movements that bring the signature barre burn. We’ll use classic positions like pliés and lunges, plus standing and floor work to fire up every angle of the lower body — with a focus on stability and strength you can feel.
