Your Free Low Back Reset Workout … And the Gap I’m Seeing in Fitness Coaching Apps

Your Free Low Back Reset Workout … And the Gap I’m Seeing in Fitness Coaching Apps

Do you use fitness coaching apps with your clients? Have you thought about it using them? I’ve noticed something interesting …

Apps like Trainerize, Everfit, FitBudd, TrueCoach, and so many more, have completely changed the game for online coaching.

They’re:

  • powerful
  • organized
  • super efficient for building programs

Honestly … they’re pretty awesome.

But …

There’s one gap I’ve been seeing more and more lately.

And I’m SO excited because this April — we’re fixing it. 🙌

👇 More on that below…

But first — as promised every Tuesday …

Your Free White Label Workout of the Week

The Low Back Reset

Ok truth moment…
Low back pain has been REAL for me lately. Every couple of years I tweak something. It happens. I’m human.

And I see this with clients ALL the time too.

But here’s the thing… it’s rarely just the back.

Most of the time, what we’re actually seeing is a combination of:

  • underactive or weak glutes
  • tight hips (especially from sitting and daily life)
  • and a lack of core stability

So the low back ends up picking up the slack.

It works harder than it should… takes on more load than it’s meant to… and that’s when things start to feel tight, cranky, or uncomfortable.

That’s why this week’s workout isn’t about “fixing your back”…

It’s a simple, feel-good reset designed to support the areas that actually help your back feel better — glutes, core, and hips.

Important Coach Note:

This is not a rehab program or medical advice.

If your client is dealing with pain or injury, always encourage them to work with a qualified professional.

These are general strength and mobility exercises that may help support better movement — but every client should move at their own pace and listen to their body.

The Low Back Reset Flow:

Format: No set reps or rounds. Encourage your clients to listen to their body and move as it feels good.
Focus: slow, controlled, intentional movement

Block 1 — Activate + Strengthen

  • Hip Openers
  • 3 pulse Reverse  Lunge
  • Glute Bridge (slow tempo + hold)

Block 2 —Stabilize

  • Dead Bug or Heel Taps
  • Bird Dog (pause + control)

Block 3 — Open + Release

  • Hip Flexor Stretch
  • Cat + Cow
  • QL Stretch
  • Figure 4 Stretch

Feel free to grab this week’s white label videos and share them with your crew! Simply slap on your own logo … adjust any fonts , colors or styling to match your brand, then share!

Grab your white label video files … choose your format …

Encourage your clients to slow it down, connect to the movement, and focus on control. Enjoy this one!!!

Now about that GAP in Fitness Apps I was mentioning …

Even this workout I just shared with you?

It’s still not the full solution.

This is a preview. A teaser. A highlight.

It gives your clients a taste …
It gets them moving …
It adds value (which I LOVE for you and your business)…

But it’s not the same as a full, guided, start-to-finish workout experience.

Because here’s what I kept thinking about while doing this myself …

When I’m moving through something like low back discomfort, I don’t want to:

  • stop and think about what’s next
  • be timing or counting reps in my sessions
  • piece things together

I just want to press play.
I want to be guided … and not have to think about timing, reps, and what’s next. I want to focus purely on moving with confidence.

Here’s the truth:

Fitness coaching apps are AMAZING for US. For the trainers.

They make it so easy for trainers to:

  • build programs
  • organize workouts
  • manage clients

But!!

Most fitness coaching apps are designed to make coaching easier …
Not necessarily to make the workout experience better for your client.

And this is the gap.

A lot of clients don’t want to:

  • scroll through exercises
  • read instructions
  • piece things together

They want to press play, be guided, inspired and feel confident they’re doing it right.

And this is EXACTLY what we’re doing in April

I’m officially opening up:

The App Accelerator “Prove It” Group

Starting TOMORROW.

I’m looking for 10 coaches to join me this April.

Not to test our workouts …
We already KNOW the workouts work.

👉 We’re proving something bigger.

We’re proving that we can:

  • take powerful coaching apps (any app!)
  • integrate done-for-you follow-along workouts
  • create an incredible client experience
  • AND build a profitable online fitness business in less than 30 days

What we’re doing together:

We’re going to:

  • choose your app (any app you love)
  • plug in white label workouts
  • structure your full client experience within the app
  • get it LIVE
  • and start building real momentum

This is hands-on.
We’re building together.
We’re creating real success stories.

The goal?

To show — once and for all — that this model works.

Across:

  • different coaches
  • different niches
  • different apps

Want in?

I’m keeping this small and focused.

👉 Just 10 coaches
👉 Starting April 1

If you’ve been:

  • thinking about using an app
  • already using one but not loving the client experience
  • wanting something more streamlined, engaging, and profitable

This is your moment.

Before you go …

Be sure to grab this week’s freebie workout and start using it right away with your clients.

👇 And … I’d LOVE to hear from you:

Do your clients prefer:
A) structured programs inside an app
B) or follow-along workouts they can just press play?

Drop it below or message me … I’m always up for chatting! I’d LOVE to hear your take on this subject …
