Workout Breakdown:

This Gratitude Grind workout includes exercises that center around core strength, stability, and a touch of mindfulness. Here’s the lineup for a balanced, grounding session your clients will actually enjoy this holiday season:

1️⃣ Plank Hold with Gratitude Breaths – 30 seconds
Warm up the core with a simple plank while focusing on steady, gratitude-filled breaths. Each inhale, encourage clients to think of something they’re thankful for—it’s a mental boost and a great start to any workout!

2️⃣ Single Leg Deadlift Reach – 10 reps each side
A balance-building move that challenges core stability and works the glutes and hamstrings. This exercise engages the whole body as clients reach forward while balancing on one leg—a great way to build strength and focus.

3️⃣ Side Plank Dips – 10 reps each side
Target the obliques and shoulders, building the endurance needed for the Planks & Thanks challenge. Plus, side planks add that extra balance factor—ideal for total core activation.

4️⃣ Bird Dog Crunches – 12 reps each side
A mindful, balance-building exercise that connects core and lower body, all while improving coordination. Perfect for a little extra focus on core control.

5️⃣ High Knee March with a Twist – 30 seconds
A standing cardio move that also challenges balance and core stability. March one knee up at a time, twisting your torso toward the raised knee. This keeps the heart rate up while engaging the core and working on balance and coordination.

6️⃣ Low Plank Twist (aka “Plank Thanks Twist”) – 12 reps each side
A fun twist variation to finish off, working obliques and rotational stability with a Thanksgiving-inspired name! It’s the cherry on top for a well-rounded core workout.
