Your freebie workout is here… and today we’re going to sandwich it.
Yes. Sandwich it. 😄
Because please don’t just toss a workout video into your client group and run away … and I say that with tons of love!
Today I’ve got the free workout for you, a few simple coaching suggestions, and yes… the sandwich.
A workout video can absolutely be helpful.
But a workout video wrapped in your coaching voice?
That’s where the client experience gets stronger.
That’s where your clients feel more supported, more connected, and more like you actually thought about them … not just handed them another thing to do.
And that’s exactly what I want to show you with this week’s White Label Workout.
The workout is the tool. Your coaching is what gives it meaning.
Meet the Coaching Sandwich Method
Very fancy. Very official. Possibly invented over coffee.
But honestly? It works.
Here’s what I mean by the Coaching Sandwich Method …
The workout is the filling. Your coaching is the bread.
And without the bread, it’s still useful… but it’s not exactly the full sandwich experience.
The magic happens when you give your clients a little guidance before the workout and a simple connection point after the workout.
That is how a ready-to-use workout starts to feel like part of your coaching, your brand, your program, and your client journey.
This week’s freebie white label workout: The 5-Minute Shoulder Burner
This week’s WOW is a quick, focused Shoulder Burner your clients can use as a standalone mini-session, an upper-body finisher, or a spicy little repeatable strength check-in.
The workout includes five shoulder-focused moves:
- Shoulder Press
- Upright Row
- Down Dog to Plank
- Lateral Raise
- Shoulder Fly
Simple? Yes.
Sneaky? Also yes.
Because shoulders have a very special way of acting confident for the first two minutes and then suddenly filing a formal complaint. 😄
And this is exactly why this workout is such a great one to coach around.
You can help your clients choose the right weights, focus on control, notice fatigue, track progress, and repeat it later so they can actually feel and see themselves getting stronger.

Jump to the Free WorkoutNow let’s build the sandwich
This is where the method actually comes to life.
The workout is the middle piece. It gives your clients something clear and simple to do.
But the coaching you add before and after is what turns that workout into a stronger client experience.
So let’s build both sides of the sandwich.
Before the workout: set the intention
This part does not need to be complicated.
You do not need a giant lesson, a 14-slide presentation, or a motivational speech that sounds like it belongs in a sports movie.
You just need to give your clients a little context.
Tell them what they are doing, why it matters, how to approach it, and what to pay attention to.
That one small step can completely change the way a client experiences the workout.
Today we’re focusing on shoulder strength, control, and confidence.
You’ll move through shoulder press, upright row, down dog to plank, lateral raise, and shoulder fly.
Grab a few different sets of dumbbells if you have them. You may want something a little heavier for the first moves, then something lighter as your shoulders start to fatigue.
Your goal today is not to rush or prove anything.
Focus on control. Choose weights you can manage with good form. And write down what you used, because this is a great workout to repeat later so you can see how much stronger you’re getting.
See what that does?
Now it is not just “here is a shoulder workout.”
It has purpose.
It has direction.
It has your coaching wrapped around it.
After the workout: create the connection
Once your clients finish the workout, do not let that moment disappear.
Ask one simple question.
That is the second slice of bread. 😄
This is where a workout becomes more than content.
It becomes a check-in.
A conversation starter.
A progress marker.
A chance for your client to reflect instead of just moving on to the next thing.
- Which move challenged you most today?
- What weights did you use for shoulder press and lateral raise?
- Did any move feel stronger than you expected?
- Where did you notice fatigue first?
- Did you modify anything today? What worked best?
- What would you like to improve next time you repeat this workout?
- On a scale of 1–10, how strong did your shoulders feel today?
- What are you proud of from this session?
- Which move felt the most controlled?
- Would you use this as a finisher again after an upper body workout?
And that is the full Coaching Sandwich.
- Set the intention before.
- Share the workout.
- Start the conversation after.
That is the difference between simply giving your clients another workout and creating a moment that feels guided, thoughtful, and connected.
Because your clients do not just need more things to do.
They need to feel guided.
They need to feel like there is a reason behind the workout.
They need to feel like someone is paying attention.
And coach, that is where you come in.
3 simple ways to use this workout this week
This is where the workout becomes even more useful inside your business.
You do not have to overthink it. You can take this one 5-minute workout and use it in a few different ways depending on what your clients need right now.
Use it as a client check-in.
Share it midweek and ask clients which move challenged them most. It gives them something quick to complete and gives you an easy way to start a conversation.
Use it as an upper-body finisher.
Add it after a strength workout when clients need a quick shoulder-focused burnout without adding a full extra session.
Use it as a progress marker.
Have clients record their weights, repeat the workout in 2–4 weeks, and notice what feels stronger, smoother, or more controlled.
This is one of the biggest things I want every coach, wellness pro, and business owner to understand about white label workouts.
Your value does not disappear because the workout is done for you.
Your value shows up in how you use it.
The way you introduce it. The way you explain why it matters. The way you help clients choose their weights, track their progress, modify when needed, and reflect when they’re done.
That is the part clients feel.
The workout is the tool.
You are the coach.
And when you bring those two pieces together, you can create a really beautiful branded client experience without carrying the whole content load by yourself.
Watch it. Brand it. Share it with your clients.
