We’re focusing on using SLIDERS through most of these workouts – with some dumbbells thrown in for extra FUN! Why slide in exercises? Well – it adds a whole new element of challenge into the moves. As we push and pull on the slides, we work in both eccentric & concentric movements. These are total body workouts, but we’re really firing up our core and glutes to the MAX in this session … and also zoning in on stability, strength, balance, and control.
