If your clients don’t have a ladder, no problem! They can use tape, chalk, or even imagine the squares … this workout is all about movement and fun.

How It Works:

Set your timer and GO! Start with 5 squares in round one, then add an additional 5 squares in each round (e.g., 5, 10, 15, etc.). The goal is to see how many rounds they can complete before time runs out!

Time Suggestions:

  • 🟢 Beginners: 5-10 minutes
  • 🟠 Intermediate: 15 minutes
  • 🔴 Advanced: 20+ minutes

The Moves (Using an Agility Ladder):

🔸 Lateral High Knees – Move laterally through 5 squares, stepping in and out of each box. Return to the start for the next round.

🔸 Plank Box Taps (Right + Left = 1 rep) – Perform on the floor between agility rounds for core stability.

🔸 Jumping Box Jacks Forward – Travel forward along the ladder, performing 1 jumping jack per square.

Alternatives for No Ladder:

  • Use tape, chalk, or markers to create 5 squares.
  • Visualize the ladder and perform the movements with imaginary squares.
