Here’s the lowdown on the Strength & Planks workout:

We’re tackling 3 supersets that pair a strength move with a plank variation. Why? Because planks are incredible for core stability and activating those deep stabilizing muscles that help you move better, lift heavier, and protect your back.

Superset 1:
🔹 Squat Clean & Press
🔹 Plank DB Drags

Superset 2:
🔹 Rotating Lunge Curls
🔹 Side Plank DB Openers

Superset 3:
🔹 Hinge & Fly
🔹 Weighted Plank Dips

How to Do It:

Alternate between the 2 moves in each superset for 10 reps each. Repeat the superset 3 times before resting 60 seconds and moving to the next one.

This combo pairs big strength moves with focused plank variations to build total-body strength while keeping your core activated the entire time. It’s a killer mix that’ll leave you feeling strong, balanced, and powerful!
