This week’s Balance Circuit includes just five moves – but trust me, they pack a punch! Your clients will engage their core muscles, improve their balance, and build functional strength they can use in everyday life. It’s a perfect combo for anyone looking to improve overall stability, and it’s a lot of fun to do.

Here’s what’s included in the circuit:

  • Side Lunge Balance
  • Walking Twist Curls
  • Squat Knee Drives
  • Tapping Raises
  • Side Plank Dips

Each move focuses on balance and engages multiple muscle groups at once. This means your clients will not only improve their stability but also enhance their coordination and core strength – skills that are crucial both in fitness and in day-to-day life.

Complete each move for 10 reps, 3-5 times through.
For best results, I recommend adding dumbbells to this session to really fire up the muscles and maximize the benefits.
